What can the Service Coordinator do for my family?

• Arrange the assessment and evaluation for the child.
• Ensure that the family concerns and priorities are addressed, and that the family understands the IFSP process.
• Schedule IFSP meetings.
• ·Help parents understand their rights and the procedural safeguards.
• Provide a written copy of the completed IFSP to the family as well as the service providers.
• The IFSP must be reviewed a minimum of every 6 months.
